litaninja: Chief go through my post again, nowhere did I compare Lagos to Dubai. I made reference to those places in Dubai to highlight the fact that in different societies in the world not all citizens can afford luxury goods, like some are arguing on this thread; however, though they cannot afford luxury goods, these people (my humble self inclusive; for now nonetheless benefit from such luxury goods; they can sell the goods, service/maintain them etc for those who can afford them. And the government also gets taxes from these kinds of goods and the taxes are used for the good of the society. Simples 2 Likes |
