Biafra,hopefuly will be the 16th country to join ECOWAS.

Ghana,Benin Republic and Sierra Leon are members of ECOWAS. They are not Nigerian citizens and have nothing to do with Nigeria but many of them are in Lagos and living there legally the ECOWAS free trade and movement agreement. Have you chased them back?
