Yes its preferably better to install the casement window after plastering for a neater job but you will need to install subframes which is an additional cost and not for cost watching clients. Moreover, if there is a minute margin of error between the subframe and the casement window, it creates more work.

In the long run, the method you choose is based on several factors like neatness, skillfulness of the window fabricator, cost and the mason skills.

Internal and external plastering of one wing of the terrace concluded. We will be starting with the plastering of the other wing.

The roofing has also been concluded and we used long span aluminium roof sheet. The other wing roof cladding will be done also.

Do you have a total for roofing?
Re: DIY: Construction Of 4 Units Of 2-bedrooms Terraces [Ikorodu-I] by BITSWORKS: 11:34am On Mar 10, 2016
Yes I do, the total cost for the roof woodwork inclusive of 2x4, 2x3, 2x2 and 1x12(facial) is N190,000.

Labour cost for roof woodwork is N70,000
Labour cost for cladding is N45,000

This is the updated prices I just got for you

0.45mm - N970 - N1050
0.55mm - N1100 - N1250

You can get at Owutu-Ishawo road via Agric bustop or at the dual lane express going to Ijede. There might be other places but those are the 2 places I usually buy from.
