@missshakara, yes its 4 units of 2-bedroom terrace and its on 648m2 (36m x 18m plot). I will crosscheck the total building area (161m2) again to be sure there's no typo but each semi-detached unit is roughly 9.5m x 6.5m @smiley001, thanks for the assist. |

We are currently casting the columns and lintels and laying 2 coaches on that before we start the formwork for the first floor suspended slab (decking). |

Progress made so far on the first floor suspended slab in the pictures below. We are done with the platform which is ready for the reinforced iron work and the carpenter is on the staircase formwork.

sako28: For the first floor suspended floor casting, these are the materials we used 1. 1nos trip of 20tons 3/4 down granite 2. 3nos trip of 10tons sharp sand 3. 80 bags of cement The casting was done by a team of 16 people and they started at 9:30am and finished by 4:00pm. |

The size of the septic tank is 11ft x 11ft x 11ft while the soak-away is 5ft x 5ft x 6ft. We used 6inches block for the soak-away and will be using 9inches block for the septic tank. Perimeter wall is also ongoing, we will be taking it up to 12 coaches. We are using 6inches block and will be using the block to brace the wall at 3m intervals to act as columns. This is a cost saving measure once the soil is good. 1 Like

Usman4: In all, we bought 5 tons and here is the breakdown 1. 16mm - 1.5 ton 2. 12mm - 2.5 ton 3. 10mm - 1.0 ton We still had like 0.5 ton left of a mix of 10mm and 12mm. |
