I am afraid I know South African history and economy better than you...it speaks volumes on why the average South African is confused.

Your forefathers did not build anything in South Africa, all they did was find themselves in a place with arable land and natural resources, it took European settlers to take advantage of the land and its resources to turn SA into what it is today.
