I like how they conducted themselves. This is how democracy should be. If you feel aggrieved, you present your grievances in a rational and mature way. Whatever the position of things be, I will like the rule of law to take precedence in all the follow-up actions. Its high time Nigerians be civilized in their actions. This protest is commendable with regards to the peaceful outing.

Look at that crowd. One could mistake it for a rally. Damn, APC is darn popular in Rivers state. Now I know APC was surely rigged out of the presidential/gubernatorial elections. So, only a few miscreants here on nairaland are judas.

If PDP members also go for protest for Wike to disolve the LGA chairmen you see that this people are not many, the right thing must be done. Disolve them without waste of time.

They should go prepare for proper election.

To me, Wike should not sack them...
Transparency will frustrate them out.
On any allocation given to them, should be made public on that very day so that the people will know if their chairmen are truly working with their allocation or just shifting blame to Abuja.

I Blame Wike for wasting time on this matter

They are wasting their time,if you know the population of Rivers then you will know that this once are learners. Wike won't waste time to flush these self assume chairmen out of our beautiful streets. Can Amechi smell here in Rivers?.APC is just an empty container.

It took Amaechi less than one week to dissolve the chairmen when he took over from office in 2007.
The election in Rivers of RSIEC is a scam and will be dissolved.
Paying for crowd is not the best solution.
Weather police escort them or not, the chairmen will be dissolved.
Also, Buhari will never stoop so low fighting Wike now less the arrow head will point back at him

And if he succeed in starving them of funds in whose name will it be on that the state and good people of rivers suffered under; Wike the wicked governor who will not last for more than 4 months before tribunal sends him parking. Amaechi set a booby trap for Wike and this further justifies that Wike's victory was a serious scam and fraud! !!!Amaechi na bad guy !!!
