We should be careful of all these fraudsters who claim to be current or former public servants on facebook and other social media platforms who will offer to help you get job and yet expect you to pay for a form in the process of helping, here is the simple logic, if a rich someone wants to help a penniless unemployed graduate why must they stress them to go look for money? Why not help completely and can even ask for your money after you have helped the person. Nigerians shine your eyes.
