Don't be deceived, America also detain people this way depending on the circumstances. The terrorism war in Nigeria has past that stage of gentleman handling. Me and you know our courts have been turned to love gardens and these guys know all that so they do and undo believing "nothing dey happen". The war against the insurgents and corruption are interwoven and only a courageous leader will be able to arrest it even as much as it's going to be difficult. These theives own don too much.
