When you are excellent and eminent, then you will be entitled to 'your excellency' and so on but when you are a crook, a fraudster and a scammer, you should be entitled to something like ' your scammercy', 'your fraudstercy' and so on. Rejecting "his excellency" title after basking in it during their first terms is a fraud and the masses won't be hoodwinked by it. They are being desperate to appeal to the masses but this won't cut it. They have to be more novel with their acts.

If you like, remove not 'only His Excellency or Executive' even you may want to remove the 'Mr.' too, that doesn't mean you should divert money mean for workers to another avenue, for all I knew, if it were to be that government intends to remove from workers salary, that doesn' take time from 'the government' to do so.
