wisdomguy4u: You can see even Rivers PDP is commending buhari for Ogoni UNEP report implementation fast tracking. That is how we the south south do our things. we are not children of bitterness and hatred and wailing waling Election is in the past. we are now concentrating on a better Nigeria. this clearly shows we have no hatred or anything against Buhari or the north. Please our IGBO neighbour, count us out from ur hatred and bigotry. we wont buy it. We know you don't love us. Because in Nigeria you are not in control, you want a country were you will control others. Whether in Nigeria or in BBIAFRA we the south south will still be minority. we are better off in Nigeria where we are the BRIDE with three grooms fighting to have us than in BBIAFRA were we will have no choice than to comply and even change our official language to IGBO. in BBIAFRA south south nations will lose their identity. |

Let me help you out 6 The APC is an extreme leftist Marxists socialist party which focuses on an economy centralised to the Middle, with an oligarchic axis. The APC believe in shrinking the economy into a government controlled one which would only focus on the oil sector as a given stay of the economy. They hate small businesses and promote laziness among the youths with the hope of keeping their future in check so as to limit any form of opposition in the future. While the APC believe in all I have mentioned the SS and SE are and have always been conservatist in nature with a belief in a free market economy which focuses on SME's and capitalist wide playing fields. This prompted both regions to stick with the hard working capitalist PDP 7.The APC is known to be the retirement and social club of some of the most corrupt set of people. People who through their unintelligent and archaic policies have kept this country in shackles for decades, until the FRESH AIR resuscitation policies of GEJ.Most notable of this league of corrupt fiends are * Fashola * Tinubu * Amaechi * El rufai * Rochas Among others. 8.The APC's nagging and outright desperate political blackmailing. Its a known fact that the APC resorted to all sorts of political machinations in order to force both regions into accepting their party at the polls. Large troops of political infectious zombies were unleashed on the regions with the sole aim of spreading their socialist epidemic. In every public spot, including public buses, BRT buses, market squares, mosques, Pentecostal churches, the APC virus was spread to the populace with propaganda hate speech messages. People were told to hate the PDP and participate in its expulsion. Were coercion couldn't work, threats were issued. The SS and SE are people who are strong headed and so could not be bullied into such. The polls showed their doggedness. 6 Likes 2 Shares |

wisdomguy4u: They are absolutely related. The proudly 5% in the topic is strictly an IGBO slogan. we south south don't say proudly 5%. so why put south south with south east when the aim of the topic is to force Proudly 5% on us. My problem with you guys is simple. Only open South east topics. stop forcing south south on your issue. your problem is not our problem. we are different. we are not one. it is Nigeria as a nation that makes us one. without Nigeria, south south and south east are different nations with different interest. 1 Like |

MY urhobo, itsekri, isoko, Ibibio, etsako, bini, esan and Ijaw friends share my view. I live in porthartcout. the ikweres share similar view Today I was having this discussion with my isoko friend in Woji portharcourt , his view abt BBIAFRA are even more negative than mine. mine is even mild. |

8. The APC's unfair political see saw structure: All through the campaigns and prior to the elections the APC ignorantly, stubbornly and clumsily flaunted its unfair and rigid antifederalist disposition. The party being based in four geopolitical zones failed to show a truely multicultural front, but rather chose to acquire the partnership of morally bankrupt and political desperate elements from the SS and SE. In the right place of debates and political bantering, they chose bribery, weak political horse trading and fake alliances. The SS and SE clearly seeing through the charade of an oblique federalist plan did what any rationalist thinking person would do by giving them a resounding rejection at the polls 9. The immoral portrait of the Party: The APC as we have already established is filled with some of the most immoral characters in the nation. Among its supporters and members are some of the most notorious Homosexuals, bisexuals, drug pushers, fraudsters, nymphomaniacs and smugglers this nation has ever seen. And adding the rumoured Gay pact with the US, was the clincher for the SS and SE to look the other way 10. The incomplete political jigsaw puzzle: The APC from its creation right to the eve of the elections stumbled from one political scandal to the other. The party made one political gaffe after the other and appeared as a satirical, mediocre joke. Among the many wondrous blunders are the top five, listed below * The fixed hypocritical primaries * The unelectable, unpopular Presidential candidate * The WAEC certificate scandal * The presidential Debate scandal * The Homosexual connection The SS and SE who are predominantly a catholic society with pragmatic dispositions could not fathom the APC as a serious political party in the holistic sense of the word and so gave it a red card at the polls 11. Lack of a clear, viable economic plan: All through the campaigns the APC failed to produce a clear cut, precise economic plan that would explain how it intended to steady the stormy economic waters in the years to come. They hobbed from one policy to another never giving a precise answer to the economic question. They flooded the media with many Willy Wonka ideas which were clearly unattainable, dodgy and outright ridiculous. The articles sponsored by them showed an economic plan comprising of contractionary, expansionary monetary policies coupled with half baked austerity measures and buttered with mismatched macro/micro economic policies. With the SS and SE being economically enlightened they were able to see a party which had no clue on what to do and so fearing for their businesses voted RIGHT. 4 Likes 1 Share |

atbu1983: It's normal to still have some of us from the SS voicing against the Biafra agitation, and that's borne out of ignorance. Any SS person that understands and zee the bigger picture cannot criticise or out rightly go against the Biafra struggle. Bro, the SS has no option than support the struggle. 3 Likes |

atbu1983: Bro, the 5% clearly involves the SS. Even if Grandpa hae openly said the opposite, I still would have attacked and lampooned him. The SS even stands to gain more than the SE from any alliance they go into. I'm yet to see any SE person forcing anyone from the SS to join them. If every SS person has the same mind like I do, the gem will have been over since. And for your advice, please stop deceiving and creating an unnecessary disaffection here. I have NOTHING in common with the children of Uthman Dan Fodio. Thank you! 1 Like |

The SS will be incomparably better off joining the Igbos in Biafra or live said by side with them ( depending on the agreements between both regions) than they will ever be in Nigeria. Anyone from the SS who thinks otherwise is deluded beyond redemption. 3 Likes |

I see no SE forcing the SS to join them, but I believe a lot of SS will prefer to join biafra than remain in Nigeria. In biafra we will have only the Ibos to drag with , unlike in Nigeria where we have the yorubas, Hausas , igbos to drag with. The SS in all verification have better option with biafra , than Nigeria. 1 Like |

People need to stop confusing their personal views or perception as representing the views of the general public without conducting an empirical research! Please how did this OP come to his conclusion? I personally did not support Buhari because I believed that going back in history to elect a former dictator does not represent progress no change and that a man who usurped democracy should not be rewarded with an election. Also I did not support Buhari because to this day it is not clear what his economic view are or what his views are on education, foreign policy and social justice. Well we heard he hates corruption but so does everyone else! But to date Buhari has not declared his asset, the case of him providing false declaration on his INEC form was never settled and he still surrounds himself with corrupt APC members who funded his election. So am sorry Buhari and APC remains unpopular in South East for some important and genuine reasons! |

wisdomguy4u: we will not Join BIAFRA and we will not remain in Nigeria either. we don't need a referedom. we will go our separate ways. your struggle is not our struggle. your interest is not our interest. we will form our nation. Singapore is one-quarter the size of Bayelsa state. Isaac boro declare Ijaw republic n 1966 because he didn't want to be part of eastern region or Nigeria. That was before Biafra was even conceived as an idea. But Gen Agunyi Ironsi an Igbo man and head of state of Nigeria at that time send Nigeria army to fight Ijaw Nation. The war was a 12days war and Nigeria won. Agunyi Ironsi jailed him and made Nigeria a unitary country. he killed the federalism and created a unitary system which we are still suffering today. if Nigeria will break, we want to be alone. we don't want union with IGBO, YORUBA or HAUSA. if not let Nigeria remain simple |

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isaac_Adaka_Boro Isaac Adaka Boro Personal details Born September 10, 1938 Oloibiri, Bayelsa State Died May 9, 1968 Ogu,Okrika Rivers State Children Deborah Waritimi, Esther Boro,Felix Boro Profession Minority Rights Activism, Soldiering Major Isaac Jasper Adaka Boro (September 10, 1938 – May 9, 1968), fondly called "Boro", was a celebrated Nigerian nationalist and Nigerian civil war hero. He was one of the pioneers of minority rights activism in Nigeria.[1][2] In his autobiography, "The Twelve-Day Revolution", Boro wrote about his early life: "I am reliably informed that I was born at the zero hour of twelve midnight on 10 September 1938, in the oil town of Oloibiri along humid creeks of the Niger Delta. My father was the headmaster of the only mission school there. Before I was old enough to know my surroundings, I was already in a city called Port Harcourt where my father was again the headmaster of another mission school. This was in the early forties. The next environment where I found myself was in my home town, Kaiama. My father had been sent there to head a school yet again."[3] He was many parts and different things to different people - a university students leader, a teacher, policeman and Nigerian army officer. An undergraduate student of chemistry and student union president at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, he left school to lead an armed protest against the exploitation of oil and gas resources in the Niger Delta areas which benefitted mainly the federal government of Nigeria and the eastern region with capital in enugu and nothing was given to his Ijaw people. He believed that the people of the area deserved a fairer share of proceeds of the oil wealth. He formed the Ijaw Volunteer Force, an armed militia with members consisting mainly of his fellow Ijaw ethnic group. They declared the Niger Delta Republic on February 23, 1966 and gallantly battled the Federal forces for twelve days but were finally routed by the far superior Federal firepower. Boro and his compatriots were jailed for treason. However, the federal regime of General Yakubu Gowon granted him amnesty on the eve of the Nigerian civil war in May 1967. He then enlisted and was commissioned as a major in the Nigerian army. He fought on the side of the Federal Government but was killed under mysterious circumstances in active service in 1968 at Ogu (near Okrika) in Rivers State. Later Niger Delta activists like the late Ken Saro-Wiwa, who substituted Boro's gun for a pen, and Mujahid Dokubo-Asari, who heads an Ijaw armed insurgency, often referred to him as a major inspiration. |

wisdomguy4u: You are the one who is confused. I said nigeria either remain as one or we form our own nation. we will not join Biafra. Nigeria cant break into two. that is not possible. it will break into minimum of five countries. The North will divide into minimum of two countries whie the south will divide into minimum of three countries. USSR broke into more than twenty(20) countries. Even before Biafra was conceived as an Idea, the Ijaw nation has fought a war with Nigeria for their own republic. so we don't need Biafra. 1 Like |
