Contradictions In The Quran by truthman2012(m): 1:53pm On Aug 08, 2015 |
It is often said by Christianity critics that the bible is full of contradictions. The bible is the word of God but with statements and comments by various kings and prophets. These human comments or statements are where the critics found their socalled contradictions. They have not been able to point out any error when the prophets say ''Thus saith the Lord''. The quran is said to be the words or revelations of islamic allah received by a sole prophet, Muhammad. Allah boasted there cannot be discripancies or contradictions in his words (Quran 4:82), but a thorough study of the quran reveals the contrary. For this boast the whole quran is nullified by a single contradiction. How many trumpets will be blown on Qiyamah? Two On the day when the first Trumpet resoundeth And the second followeth it, Qur'an 79:6-7 One only And when the trumpet shall sound one blast, Qur'an 69:13 For whom is salvation? For all pious theists Those who believe (in the Qur'an), those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Sabians and the Christians, - any who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and work righteousness,- on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve. Qur'an 5:69 For all pious theists Verily! Those who believe and those who are Jews and Christians, and Sabians , whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day and do righteous good deeds shall have their reward with their Lord, on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve. Qur'an 2:62 For Muslims only If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to Allah), never will it be accepted of him; and in the Hereafter He will be in the ranks of those who have lost (All spiritual good). Qur'an 3:85 For Muslims only Truly, the religion with Allah is Islam. Those who were given the Scripture (Jews and Christians) did not differ except, out of mutual jealousy, after knowledge had come to them. And whoever disbelieves in the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah, then surely, Allah is Swift in calling to account.. Qur'an 3:19 Where do disbelievers receive their record book onJudgment day? Behind their back But he who is given his Record behind his back Qur'an 84:10 On the left hand And he that will be given his Record in his left hand, will say: "Ah! Would that my Record had not been given to me! Qur'an 69:25 Can you marry non-Muslims? No Do not marry unbelieving women, until they believe: A slave woman who believes is better than an unbelieving woman, even though she allures you. Nor marry (your girls) to unbelievers until they believe: A man slave who believes is better than an unbeliever, even though he allures you. Unbelievers do (but) beckon you to the Fire. But Allah beckons by His Grace to the Garden (of bliss) and forgiveness, and makes His Signs clear to mankind: That they may celebrate His praise. Qur'an 2:221 Yes This day are (all) good things made lawful for you. The food of those who have received the Scripture is lawful for you, and your food is lawful for them. And so are the virtuous women of the believers and the virtuous women of those who received the Scripture before you (lawful for you) when ye give them their marriage portions and live with them in honour, not in fornication, nor taking them as secret concubines. Whoso denieth the faith, his work is vain and he will be among the losers in the Hereafter. Qur'an 5:5 Will Allah reward the good deeds of non-Muslims? No It is not for such as join gods with Allah, to visit or maintain the mosques of Allah while they witness against their own souls to infidelity. The works of such bear no fruit: In Fire shall they dwell. Qur'an 9:17 Yes, for all pious theists Lo! Those who believe (in that which is revealed unto thee Muhammad) and those who are Jews and Christians and Sabaens – whosoever believeth in Allah and the Last Day and doeth right – surely their reward is with their Lord and there shall no fear come upon them neither shall they grieve. Qur’an 2:62 Yes, for all pious theists Those who believe (in the Qur'an), those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Sabians and the Christians,- ANY WHO BELIEVE in Allah and the Last Day, and work righteousness,- on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve. Qur'an 5:69 How to treat those who do not believe in an afterlife Be kind Tell those who believe, to forgive those who do not look forward to the Days of Allah: It is for Him to recompense (for good or ill) each People according to what they have earned. Qur'an 45:14 Be kind The worshipers of the Most Gracious are those who tread the earth gently, and when the ignorant speak to them, they only utter peace Qur'an 25:63 Attack them Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (EVEN IF THEY ARE ) OF THE PEOPLE OF THE BOOK, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. Qur'an 9:29 For whom was the revelation sent? Arabs Had We sent this as a Qur'an (in the language) other than Arabic, they would have said: "Why are not its verses explained in detail? What! (a Book) not in Arabic and (a Messenger an Arab?" (Qur'an 41:44). All mankind O mankind! Now hath a proof from your Lord come unto you, and We have sent down unto you a clear light; (Qur'an 4:174) Illiterate people He it is Who hath sent among the unlettered ones a messenger of their own, to recite unto them His revelations and to make them grow, and to teach them the Scripture and Wisdom enough herefore they were indeed in error manifest (Qur'an 62:2). Do Muslims and non- Muslim theists worship the same god? No Nor will ye worship that which I worship. Qur'an 109:3 Yes And dispute ye not with the People of the Book, except with means better (than mere disputation), unless it be with those of them who inflict wrong (and injury): but say, "We believe in the revelation which has come down to us and in that which came down to you; OUR Allah and YOUR Allah is one; and it is to Him we bow (in Islam)." (Qur'an 29:46). Who sends disbelievers astray? Allah Of them there are some who (pretend to) listen to thee; but We have thrown veils on their hearts, So they understand it not, and deafness in their ears; if they saw every one of the signs, not they will believe in them; in so much that when they come to thee, they (but) dispute with thee; the Unbelievers say: "These are nothing but tales of the ancients." Qur'an 6:25 Allah Allah leaves stray whom He wills and guides whom He wills Qur'an 35:8 Allah No soul can believe except by the will of Allah Qur'an 10:100 Satan (Iblis) said: "O my Lord! because Thou hast put me in the wrong, I will make (wrong) fair-seeming to them on the earth, and I will put them all in the wrong Qur'an 15:39 Satan Who whispereth in the hearts of mankind Qur'an 114:5 Satan I will mislead them, and I will create in them false desires.... (Qur'an 4:119). Themselves Hath not the story reached them of those before them?- the People of Noah, and 'Ad, and Thamud; the People of Abraham, the men of Midian, and the cities overthrown. To them came their messengers with clear signs. It is not Allah Who wrongs them, but they wrong their own souls. (Qur'an9:70). Themselves It was not Allah who wronged them, but they wronged their own souls Qur'an 30:9 Themselves It is they who have lost their own souls, that they will not believe. (Qur'an 6:12). Let me stop here for now. 4 Likes |

Bakrabas: It's already been confirmed from the quoran that allah is a liar, he calls himself the "best of deceivers"(an attribute of satan) so why will you believe a self confessed liar when he claims that a glaringly confused and terrible piece of literature has no contradiction and there is overwhelming evidence to the contrary. 2 Likes 1 Share |

No rebuttals coming from islamic apologists, your silence means consent. If a man says something today and reverses it tomorrow, would you still have trust in him? Desist from an unstable god, he was out to deceive. 1 Like |

true2god: Waiting and waiting and waiting. No rebuttal, meaning there are errors in the quran contrary to allahh's claim. One wonders why allahh could make such a claim as he kept replacing his revelations (Quran 16:101), showing the whole quran is total CONTRADICTION. |

Re: Contradictions In The Quran by Lukay99: 6:45pm On Aug 19, 2015 |
truthman2012: Point of correction the Quran is not a revelation of Islamic Allah but a revelation from ALLAH (God) there is no Islamic Allah and non Islamic or regular Allah this just shows your level of Islamic knowledge I'll try my best to answer all your questions to the best of my knowledge your first question was about receiving the book of deed in the left hand or the back the English translation of the Quran is not literally the word of God(Allah) but it's the translator English choice of words of translating the original Arabic language Quran because the Quran was revealed in Arabic language I think you should be bilingual you should know that no 2 languages are the same English and Arabic as a language are not on the same level English as a language is very shallow but Arabic on the other hand is very deep and more complex there are many words in the Quran that the English translation is not doing justice to because there's no proper words in English to best describe it which why we as muslims don't call the English or any other languages translation of the Quran the word of God(Allah) I know many Christians do call the Bible the word of God. To really understand The first verse you quoted you need to understand that it was revealed in Arabic through a Arab prophet and Arabic people what is their culture like or ways of interacting with one another like if you really want to get the best understanding of the Quran you need to understand Arabic and some of the culture too if a Arab shows you the bottom of his feet is insulting you or give you something with the left hand is not proper so to the best of my knowledge all I can tell you is that Allah is taking in parable just like in many places in the Bible 1 Like

Qur'an 3:19 Thanks for this above quotes let me say this the Quran does and will never contradict itself as a Muslim l will never insult the Christianity or Jewish religion in Islam we have six(6) Articles of Faith 1-Belief in God 2-Belief in His Angels 3-Belief in His Books 4-Belief in His Prophets and Messengers 5-Belief in the Day of Judgment 6-Belief in God’s Divine Decree A true Muslim must believe in all 6 or he/she is not a true Muslim No 4 says Belief in His Prophets and Messengers which means as muslims we are to believe in all the previous prophets and their authentic books( not corrupt by man after the prophets are gone) which is why you will see from your above quotes from the Quran Allah never mentioned an idol worshiper yet he mentioned the true followers of Prophet Mose and Prophet Jesus(son of Marriam) Peace and blessings to God be with them both Ameen Allah mentioned them along with the Muslims in the Quran the first 2 verses you mentioned are two different chapters talking about not just Muslims but the last chapter was just addressing the muslims 1 Like 1 Share

Nor marry (your girls) to unbelievers until they believe: A man slave who believes is better than an unbeliever, even though he allures you. Unbelievers do (but) beckon you to the Fire. Whoso denieth the faith, his work is vain and he will be among the losers in the Hereafter. Qur'an 5:5 Just like I said before the Quran does not and will never contradict itself the first chapter you mentioned specifically mentioned idolaters (juju, voodoo people) while in the second chapter Allah is informing the Muslim that the people of the book(Jew's and Christians) their women are lawful and their food is OK to eat by muslims but the idol worshiper woman is not good for the Muslim man to marry and their food is unlawful for muslims too this is not contradicting one thing some Christians failed to understand is that in Islam Allah teaches us that all the prophets are all practicing the same religion (they all preached submission to the rule of God ) which simply means Islam in Arabic if you submit to the rule of god almighty then you doing what meaning is in Arabic called Islam Mose did not called his religion Jewish religion nor did Jesus called his religion Christianity all these names usually comes up after these prophets are long gone, most of these prophets are not Arab and probably dont speak Arabic except Muhammad (saw) which why you wouldn't here them say my religion is Islam but if you check the true meaning of their religion starting from Adam all the way to Jesus the word for it in Arabic is Islam

Qur'an 9:29 Take a closer look at all the above verses the first 2 chapters Quran 25 and 45 are addressing non muslims in general but Quran chapter 9:29 is addressing a specific group of non Muslims the key word here is Jizya just like I said in my earlier post if you understand Arabic you have a better understanding of the Quran there's no English word for Jizya the best way to define Jizya is close to the payment of tithes by Christians or payment of zakat by Muslims (both are religious payments) Jizya is like these two payments but is not religious it's an obligatory fee that non muslims residents in a Islamic society have to pay this is close to the tax system we have today in modern society and the Quran never said they should be killed it said fight them meaning the state should deal with them until they pay it take for example in the u.s.a Wesley snipes went to prison for not paying all his taxes he just came out recently. The Quran was not revealed as a completed book and handed over to prophet Muhammad(saw) in one day but it was revealed sometimes just one verse or two verses and sometimes maybe a whole chapter through Angel Gabriel over a period of about twenty something years Allah sometimes reveal certain verses or chapters for different these chapter about Jizya is a Madani Surat meaning if was revealed in The city of Medinat after the prophets Muhammad(saw) migrated from mecca to Medinat to escape been killed by non muslims in mecca this was during the early days of Islam the first model Islamic society was then created in Medinat according to the sheria which also includes Christians and Jewish residents they all signed a treaty and the first Islamic constitution the Muslims are obligated to pay the Zakat while the non muslims are obligated to the Jizya which is usually lesser than the Zakat of Muslims these money are usually meant for poor in the community, to maintain the roads or even to equip the Muslim Army whose job includes protecting everyone in Medinat including the Christians and Jewish and all places of worship ( masjid, church, Jewish synagogues) from any outside invader this was part of the treaty signed by all everyone over seen by Prophet Muhammad(saw) he was the statesman Quran 9:29 can be seen as a proof that during prophet Muhammad(saw) time the Islamic government have provisions for Christians and Jewish to live in a Islamic system but today most people misunderstood what Muhammad(saw) stood for they don't even understand the true interpretation of Quran these people includes many muslims too (i.e Boko Haram, Isis, Alqaida)
