there re no charges. But u need to have a running data plan so ur phone can connect. And for transfers, u ll be charged extra 100 naira only. I guess dats cool enough

Thank you for being honest!!personal online shoppers are ok with this, but biz people are bleeding money.. U can't even buy Samsung 4S on Amazon with this policy.
