I've heard girls say 'I can't date a brother that isn't BOLD enough'.

Em... The 20th century Romeo wasn't exactly a shy guy. There just wasn't this shift from romance to the mindless sex that we now see.

These days the emphasis is getting under eager pants as quickly as possible. Guys no longer have time for mushy nothing, and girls aren't interested either.
