1. Used TB Result from Lagos in Abuja or vice versa?
2. Used A TB result that has the name of a school while you are attending another because plans changed at the last minute?

I have the maintenance fee steady in my account but got the balance for the tuition fee later and will not meet up the 28days window. Can I pay the balance of the tuition fees to the school after the CAS has been issued and show the receipt as evidence of full payment just few days before the visa application.

Does non submission affect your visa application in any way even when you already received an unconditional offer waiving it.

The necessary documents to submit are listed on your CAS letter.
If it has been waived, you need not submit.

I just love you realised he is being realistic. Let me share a bit: To be honest, during my first degree in Nigeria, typist will do all my typing, print and over other things. But getting to the UK, I have to learn and do everything on my own. I will have to load my printing card, operate the machine, print my work on my own, type my course work. I also learn something on MS word and excel. I was just too lazy during my first degree.

When this eventually becomes effective UKVI will announce it on their website and there has been no information regards that.

I am not sure why it's not been announced on the IHS page on the gov.uk website but if you read through the link I posted earlier which is also a gov.uk website, it clearly states that it's now been enacted into law and will take effect on the 8th Jan.

I've done a google search which simplifies what the amendment is all about.
