Criticism is a more constructive way to voice ur opposition to government but hate speech (e.g ur comments above) may be used as evidence against u... to insite violence and dis-orderliness.

My advice: CRITICISM IS A BETTER OPTION....THAN VOICING HATE SPEECH.
