Kate is liable and should be taken to court by the landlord.

She probably wasn't raised with money or in a decent house, but that's not a good reason to destroy other's property.

We hardly do for personal cars....how much more someone's house!

It's even more important for nigeria since since we don't have background check data base to know who has their former landlord and home on fire, or who owed 2 yrs rent.
