Loooool.... God didn't create evil sir, evil came about from the actions that we take that same candle is what gives you light is it not? Your analogy is Just like saying that since God knewv that the candle will burn, he shouldn't have created light. Everything that God created was good in the first place including the devil which in your case is the candle right? Good.
