As a former minister of education if he achieved anything he wouldn't be irrelevant today nobody knows Kenneth Gbagi he's in abuja looking for an appointment why should Saraki resign for baseless irrelevant charges levelled against him to Embarrass his personality by Cohorts of Tinubu and Buhari?! For 28 senators from both APC and PDP to be behind him it shows he's pursuing a just cause and he respects the constituted authority of a Code of Conduct Bureau that has been in doldrums fro years. The people are solidly behind Saraki they are just trying all means to frustrate his leadership of the senate to avoid them from achieving their aims and objectives for the CCB to adjourn till 1 month time is already a sign that the cohorts have failed already! HOHA!

Yes you are very correct. Why don't we start from the North where corruption took its root from or even from the president himself. Has he declared his wife's assets up till today? What about Tinubu, can we visit his asset declaration again? All of a sudden it's not too far to take the fight of corruption into far back as 2003 but if the name of GEJ is mentioned, it becomes too long to check and fight corruption into governments before him. I have no love for Saraki neither do I have love for most politicians in Nigeria but truth be told, if we want to fight corruption, we must use a level benchmark devoid of prejudice. 99.99% of our politicians are guilty of the same crime. We must not be selective. Even the president's assets got tripled the moment he had to declare publicly. If we must destroy or reduce corruption, we must be fair to all and @ the same time be just with all.

Do not rewrite history about Nixon and that's not true. No politician in the US or UK especially a cabinet minister or near the position that Saraki hold will be going through a criminal trial and still remained in office, whether he pleaded guilty or not.
A cabinet minister in the UK Chris Humes who lied to the police that it was his wife that was driving their car while speeding and his wife took the blame.
Few years after he left his wife for another woman, his wife went back to the police and told them the truth in revenge and both were charged by the police for lying..

The minister not only immediately resigned as a cabinet minister but was forced to quit as a member of parliament by his party and his constituent immediately even though he pleaded not guilty to the charges.

He was later found guilty and was sent to jailed and today he is no body.

Exactly on point with your comment.

In Nigeria, our leaders are so corrupt that they see nothing wrong in whatever they are doing. They do not see corruption as crime, rather part of governance hence PDP senators were there to back Saraki who is accused of stealing. Jonathan said that stealing is not corruption , then what do you expect from these thieving senators.

It is time they start advocating for part time legislation for those who want to be there. All what these people are for is for them to enrich their individual pockets and live a lavish life style whereby they throw money to those ladies who are ready to warm their bed.

"An accused person is deemed innocent until he is proved guilty".. Section 36 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria

Bill Clinton didn't step down because of the Monica Lewinsky Scandal

Richard Nixon did not leave office until he was fully proved to be enmeshed in the Watergate fiasco undecided

So Chief Gbagi should just shut the fvck up until Saraki's trial is concluded angry

SARAKI FOR SENATE PRESIDENT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE angry

I think Chief Gbagi is right.

Everyone cannot be arraigned at the same time. Like there is Tinubu and Amaechi, there are hundreds of PDP guys out there as well. The arm of the law will catch up with anyone who stole our Commonwealth. It must be done one after the other and that is what is on course now. What I was expecting instead from you is proving Saraki's innocence not really about Tinubu
Yeh but your house should be cleaned b4 accusing someone's house of dirt.
