U called instead of saying, "pls I'm on my way out" you're calling to quarrel driver you arrive why didn't you call? Driver asked you, since you called is there anything wrong? Truth be told, most of our riders don't k ow how the system works. I was to pick a rider yesterday. Being a 1.9 surge day for me, I had to wait for about 14 mins before rider came out. On getting to the drop off, the she was shocked the amount was high. I just dey look her. The time you kept me waiting for sey you no know Na yourself you dey do.
