What a day here!! Twingirls, please accept my deepest and warmest condolences . May God visit you and heal you inside out in Jesus name. He alone knows best. If this didn't happen, what could have happened? We don't know because we are only mere mortals. But , I have faith that you and your husband will restore in triple fold that which you lost in Jesus mighty name. Amen!!!

To my husband, God be praised, I appreciate you more.

Oh my God....
You made me cry....
So sorry about your loss. You're a very strong woman!

I must commend the good work great dad and great mom are doing here, it is indeed interesting. I have read through all the pages extensively and i am overwhelmed because i am well enlighten.

Can any one recommend any good affordable hospital in New York? We are making early preparation.......

If you indeed read all pages extensively you would have discovered @ least 2 hospitals in New York!

We had a still birth one time too but even at that, I can't say I understand how you feel; the planning, preparation, long trip and even money spent...I am really sorry for your loss. Please take solace in the fact that you have those wonderful people with you.

You will need to pick yourself up; your doctor may have advised on what to do to prevent reoccurrence, please heed this advice, then you and Oga can get busy again.

Don't worry, it will end in praise

Truncus arteriosus......chop hugs for the journey thus far.
You need to get an immigration lawyer and a good one at that. Look for one who takes on pro bono cases as a "give back" policy. If you are a christian, join a church nearby and speak with the pastor/priest. Same would apply for a muslim i believe. Join a support group for parents who have kids with heart conditions.
There is usually a lotta information and support in these kind of groups. you may not exactly want to or even have time to see or mix with people but have it at the back of your mind that you would gain more than lose.
Be very wary of swindlers disguised as "immigration experts"
Read up on what the immigration prosecutorial discretion law provides for.
Like someone earlier advised, do NOT OVERSTAY on any note. worst case scenario, baby's dad or grandma or aunt will stay with the baby for a week. you get a ticket to Nigeria and then come right back.
kkbabygirl:

I entered the US legally to deliver my baby. The baby was born in Dec 15.

Regrettably the baby was born with a congenital heart disease called trunsuc artheriosis. She has had two heart surgeries and is currently in the hospital. She has lived all her life in the cardiovascular intensive care unit.

At the moment, the doctors are uncertain of her discharge date. Additionally the baby is billed for more hospital visits and surgeries in the future.

Thank you.

Exactly. Ucystan, the information you seek is all over this thread. Take your time and read through. Even if its just this part 3, its right here. At least its just a headache you have, not that youre "well enlighten" cheesy whatever that means... The headache you feel can't be worse than that of expectant mothers here waiting for Dday or those who have to stay awake nursing their little ones. The search button will narrow things down for you. God speed!
