HELLO MY NAIRA LANDERS, PLZ I WANNA KNOW IF USING CONDOM WHY HAVING SEX IS THE TRUE MODE OF PREVENTING ONESELFS FROM CONTACTING THE DEADLY DISEASE CALL HIV/AIDS, I WAS DELIBRATING WITH A FRIEND AND HE TOLD ME HE DOES NOT BELIEVE IN AIDS THAT THE DISCOVERYS ARE TRYING TO SAY THAT SO THAT PEOPLE CAN STOP HAVING MANY CHILDRENS, AND HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT U CAN ALSO CONTACT AIDS THROUGH SO MANY WAYS WHICH INCLUDE : BLOOD TRANSMISSION SHARP OBJECT LIKE CLIPPERS OR RAZOR KISSING THE VICTIM HAVING SEX WTHOUT A CONDOM. WELL I WILL LIKE FRIENDS HERE TO ADVICE ME ON HOW TO OPERATE TO SAVE ONES LIKE. THANKS |

sure,condom can prevent it but all u have to do is wear it from ur head,ur skon,mouth in fact all over ur body.u'll sure be protected from aids.  |

Prevention is better than cure, so the best thing is to abstain from sex co's condom isn't 100% guarantee |

my reply is late but it is unrealistic to tell someone to abstain from sex, cos clearly people are having sex whether its against religion aor morals or not. anyway condom is safer to use, cos it has about 80%- 90% protection although getting tested and having your partner tested is the best way but if u are into one night stand then use condom all the time 1 Like |

The HIV virus may pass through the condom sometimes but it is better than using nothing. Goodluck. |

It doesnt prevent. It simply reduces the risks of viral tranmission from one person to another. According to the WHO production licences of latex, minimum risk rate should be 97% of the viral tranmission. NONE is 100% and almost all well manufacured and produces cds usually have the risk rate printed on it (mostly at the back) |
