Heartfelt post!
I think poverty is a factor in all this.
A lot of our youths are unemployed and searching for jobs day and night.
How can they fight when they're hungry?
you fight most when you are hungry.

The youth needs a selfless leader. One who can take up Bruce ideas to rebuild this country.
One who is not affiliated to any party.
one who would not mind what so many who have missed road is saying or mind people who have sold their future for N1000

What is wrong with Nigerian youths?

There is something fundamentally wrong with the Nigerian youth

Why do Nigerian youths fail to put ethnic, religious, and every other affiliation sentiments aside and fight and defend their future!?

Can’t we think?

How long will the political class divide and rule us?

Can’t we see what they are doing?

PDP = APC = Political class

They are the same people. They cross from one to the other for their selfish reasons while we fight and abuse one another on social media they are looting us dry!

What is wrong with the Nigerian youth?

In 1989 the chinese youths and studenst went on hunger strike and they where without food for days demanding policy changes that will make their lives better - and today China is a first world country and the biggest beneficiary are the youths

What is wrong with us!?

Next month, November the electricity charges will be hiked by 40% and we are online throwing tantrums at one another

While South African youths are out protest the proposed school fees hike as I speak!

Is it a wonder that they are making progress and moving towards being a first world

what is wrong with the NIgerian Youth?

May God bless you for me!

I wonder who schooled us to do what we do today? Stay online and insult ourselves for the same recycled set of individuals in the same/or close to the same political party. If its not the same people, its their wives, sons, daughters, inlaws, nephews or a member of the extended family.

We must take a stand if we must acheive a goal.

We have the number, but not the will.

Thank you for this thread, its something I planned to ask one day on NL.

Our Youths nowadays go butt-licking parties and tribes all in the name of stup*d egos and useless pride. The worst part is the tribalism, once a negative piece of news hit this forum and is from a part of the country dominated by one tribe, you start seeing tribal insults being flung around.

To make it worse, they start using one person/incident to lump the whole tribe. Why are we like this? Each tribe has their good and bad side, yet instead of us to find common ground and start preparing to turn around this country, we tear ourselves apart on social media. Meanwhile some of our ancestors will be vying for ministerial posts in this country, that's why I don't bother about them entering any post, most of those who come here asking for change cannot effect anything positive.

lndomie, sharwama, creamy ice creams etc are the cause, compare to the days of Matthew mbu yukubu Gowon, odimegwu Ojukwu, aguiyi ironsi etc eating of locally nature arranged food, making them to withstand any pressure, even life threaten,to get their right at youthful age not minding whatever consequence, but indomie generation will succumb to pressure because of hunger and pride and thereby turn themselves to praise singers to the old politicians to be able to satisfy their urge for hunger and pride through peanuts the looting politicians pacify them with.

What is wrong with Nigerians? PERIOD!

People who are having children more than they and the nation can feed!
People who spend most of their time on god, church, pastor and irrelevant nonsense.
People who are obsessed with lighter skinned people
People who think there is a heaven waiting them when they die
People who spend their money swimming in shark infested waters to go pick tomatoes in Europe while the Chinese are taking over the land they left behind...

You tell me what is wrong?
