This is where you are wrong. PDP will lose big time. Non indegenes are more in Port Harcourt than indegenes. Wike as chairman of Obio Akpo LGA dealt with residents of Port Harcourt. I assure you that Wike is a goner and PDP will lose, big time. This is pay back time for Wike. Port Harcourt residents who are mostly non indegenes were intimidated and could not vote. The table has turned and victory is for APC

Non-indigenes like hausa and yorubas abi? Abegi make i hear word jare!!

Please point to any meaningful achievement of APC since the beginning of this administration if not noise, propaganda, fabrication, media denials, insecurity and all manners of acrimony.

One of the meaningful developments is the nullification of Wike's stollen mandate. Its a victory for democracy and shows we are gradually getting there.

The plan by APC to steal Wike's mandate is dead on arrival., the entire legislators at Rivers assembly are PDP.
so? who says they won't nullify theirs too? Fayemi worked wt PDP lawmakers and there was no issue

Akwa Ibom was not free and fair, Rivers was not free and fair, same people overlook children voting in Kano and Sokoto. More people voted in the 2015 election in the NE than they did in 2011, who are the northerners fooling?
if u can prove it then no p.....I'd take children voting over people being slaughtered. .....do u guys even have conscience?

I see the re-run election as a determination of Buhari performance in rivers state. Let's watch and see

Do not be deceived, you are being robbed, fuel should sell below N50 now considering the crude price.

Buhary & APC is a complete scam, the biggest in the history of Africa.

Even if it's supposed go below N40, life now is better than when your godfather was eyeing N150 scarcity every where he made d price of goods to go up now it would be difficult for it to come down.

Lol.

Nigerian politics is about leverage.

Wike has nothing now.
Amaechi will probably be Minister of Niger Delta before the rescheduled elections are held.

Wike may not contest the next elections. His political career is practically over. Without access to federal funds or even state funds, hows he going to run an effective campaign?

as if there are no other PDP governors, Senators, Members. There are Banks, and even private billionaires who can fund his campaign. How did Buhari run an effective campaign?
Re: Rivers Governorship Rerun: A Golden Opportunity To Shut The Mouth Of APC by charlesucheh(m): 8:56am On Oct 25, 2015
Why is this BARCANOBRAINZ still mentioning Amaechis name in this case na? Or is Amaechi still running for the post oF governor? Why won't you use your mouse Brain?

when is the election going to be announced
Re: Rivers Governorship Rerun: A Golden Opportunity To Shut The Mouth Of APC by Laid2001: 10:45am On Oct 25, 2015
There have been no judgement on the STATE Legislative election. The Judgement was for the FEDERAL Legislators (including senate)

And for your info, the Tribunal for the State Legislators are different from this ones. This Governorship Tribunal is at par with the court of appeal and that is why its appeals go straight to the supreme court.

As for the Legislators its tribunal is equal to a federal High court and its appeal goes to the Appeal court.

Mogidi:

If there was no election in Rivers state why did the same tribunal uphold the election of state legislators?

“Once the Independent National Electoral Commission announces the victory of President Jonathan, we will immediately shut down the Port Harcourt International Airport and all land and sea borders in Rivers State to prevent Governor Amaechi from escaping. Does he (Amaechi) think we don’t know that he is planning to run away? But he and his cohorts will not succeed. All they can do thereafter is to lock themselves inside the Government House and at the appropriate time, we will go there and pick them up one after the other." - Wike
Re: Rivers Governorship Rerun: A Golden Opportunity To Shut The Mouth Of APC by Abagworo(m): 2:20pm On Oct 25, 2015
I have a feeling Barcanista is not a Rivers man. If not he should have known what played out in Governorship primaries and how Rivers people even in PDP insisted that PDP should field Riverine or Ogoni. It cracked PDP and they knew it was impossible to win Dakuku in a free and fair election. Wike is hoping on Igbos.

http://www.tvcontinental.tv/article/rivers-pdp-sacks-13-governorship-aspirants

TVCE [Port Harcourt] Thirteen PDP governorship aspirants
in Rivers state have been formally disqualified by the South-
South Screening Committee of the party.
The committee sat for three days at its zonal headquarters
along Circular Road, in Port Harcourt.

Those disqualified are Bekinbo Dagogo-Jack, Nimi Walson
Jack, Tonye Princewill, Dumo Lulu-Briggs, Lee Maeba, Dom
Baridom and Lasncelot Ayanya.
Others are Gabriel Pidomsom, Dennis Ojuka, Tamuno
Gogo-jaja, Sunday Ngerebara and Abietedogho Bob-Hart,
among others.

The disqualified aspirants were among the sixteen who
struck a partnership under the Rivers state mainstream
coalition after the PDP last contentious congresses.
The governorship aspirants were disqualified because they
said not to be members of the PDP in Rivers State.

All the disqualified aspirants who attended the three-day
screening are mainly from the Kalabari and Ogoni axis of
the state.
