if u cant get over it easily, it means u still love him, why not try and resolve issues and see if there could be way forward as regards reunion! ........ if not try the following;

Its normal to still be into him after a month because you love him. I'll suggest you stay away from anything that'll remind you of him constantly: pictures, chats, calls..for a while.
Then occupy yourself with something all the time. Den stay away from telemundo..lol..
