Nope if you are testing for antibody which will take a window period of 3months b4 u get a positive result..but u can get a result in 21 says if u are testing for the antigen itself(which require a special test)

Before 21 days ,if you already have hiv ,you must have gotten the symptoms .Petsistsnt coughing head ache running feaces etc
