Health is Wealth, yet some people refuse to acknowledge this simple fact. The whole truth about fruits and vegetables is because they are rich in antioxidant which is the key to getting rid of free radicals from your body. Free radicals are molecules with unpaired electrons. You can't avoid them. Once they are in your body, steal electron from your system. The only way to donate this back comes from eating fruits and vegetables because they are good source of antioxidants. We tend to ignore our immune system which to me is the key to life. Ordinarily, our immune system should be a defense mechanism that fights diseases. So when you see someone with cancer or order deadly diseases, don't be surprised because they didn't started overnight. Its a gradual accumulation of toxic acids which you and I have ignorantly ignored. Your cell is very important, once u allow free radicals to attack it, u are on a long thing. Happy weekend 3 Likes |

Ashez: Generally it helps the body to develop resistance to infections and disease. The leaves can be boiled to drink every morning, it very helpful in lowering blood pressure. it's actually healthier to eat the fruit without peeling (though bitter) and chewing the the seeds helps relieve one of flu. 1 Like |
