It's not that expensive bro.. The tree is in my place in delta state..

Its famous for coloring the tongue purple. As children, we called it licki licki.

If I find pics,, it's show you the tree when I plucked last year as proof

Wow! I saw it for 2k in shoprite last week. I was like kilode.
NB. I'm actually a girl.

Most of these fruits are not easily accessible in Nigeria. I know every single part of the pawpaw plant (barks, seeds, leaves, unripe fruit) is very medicinal and bootsthe immune system

Am interested in this information. How do one use these parts of the pawpaw plant (barks, seeds, leaves, unripe fruit)

How are we going to reduce trade deficit with all these imported fruits? Go local like this:

African Star apple (agbalumo)
Velvet skin star apple (ekpiro/ekpido in Edo)
Wild berries (Oruru in Edo)
Watermelon
Sugarcane
Pawpaw
Orange
Banana & ripe plantain
Ogbono (yes a certain type called Ogui in Edo) has the most nutritious bitter-sweet pulp
Soursop
Carrots
Cashew
Pepper fruit

All these grow across Edo/Ondo/Delta/Ekiti areas and beyond.
These fruits have powerful anti-oxidants comparable or better than that list.

carrot is a root vegetable and not a fruit...
