Has Tinubu not learnt anything from the Saraki saga. He has no clout in the APC, he should just make do with the scraps that fall from the table, and stop heating up the polity. Faleke and his boss should just manage the number 2 spot they have become accustomed to. If he is entertaining thoughts of Osinbanjo replacing BUHARI, then he needs to see a psychiatrist.

Lolol my brother I don laugh tire. Na jagabull story!

Given that it was APC that won the election, ref Amechi's case and since Yahaya Bello came second during the primary, APC has done the right thing in my view. Fakeye was not even known to Kogi politics during the primary. He should not destroy his political career.

Going to court is the best decision since APC has decided not to do the right thing. Beside, who will be Yahaya Bello's running mate? I hope APC will present another running mate since Faleke will not be participating in the supplementary election.

I don't understand, who owns the vote because that's is what is causing the problem at the moment. APC owns the votes, thus the reason for INEC allowing for substitution but now Faleke is claiming Audu and him owns the vote and thus there can't be substitution...

I don't recall the law asking a prospective deputy to take up votes incase the principal dies in an unconcluded elections neither have I seen where the laws allow for substitution in an ongoing election but na naija we dey, the ruling party is allow to interprete the Nigerian laws in favourable ways.

So sad.... I feel sorry for kogites. ?.

FALEKE TAKE A BOW AND GO! I can see some sets of people showboating ignorance masked with hatred for Tinubu or the yorubas. How can a Yahaya Bello participate in an election in 1 LG out of a total of 16 and become a governor? This is a case of legal component vs political. Unquestionably, Faleke has a very strong case. 15000 PVCs has already given the victory to falake, whether you like it or not.

I am not an Okun nor ebira guy...but any bias comment supporting Bello at this point will be most likely an ebira fellow. This seat belongs to Mr. Faleke with all due respect to anyone...election has been won with or without supplementary election with every records on ground. This is a conspiracy between the APC and INEC.

Shut that contraption you call a mouth. Must Tinubu's hand be in everything? Yahaya Bello never campaigned aggressively for the Audu / Faleke ticket.

The more reason why all aggrieved parties must go to court. It is only the court that can decide conclusively on the matter.

I follow closely and monitor comments, some of wch ar nt without sentiment.
I see, if Faleke isnt given ds mandate and he's not going 2 be Bello's deputy, APC may lose to PDP in court, because fresh election or outright declaration 4 1st runner-up may erupt, since diaris nothin like Audu/Faleke again on wch d supplementry election wld stand... Just an opinion sha..........!

Faleke is not important in the scheme of things. he was hand picked and can be changed. abeg he should go back to lagos jor.

Looks like APC would use Yahaya Bello to win the election and Faleke would win in the court

Just like Amaechi did

The apex court has said it times without number that Ameachi case will not be cited in any court of law, whenever electoral matter is brought before her.....so no hope for falake, is he heads to court ........Even if he was given the ticket,he would have still lost out in tribunal, cos he didn't participate in APC primaries....

...Amaechi's situation can never happen again because the Electoral Act 2010 has amended that provision..so if you don't take part in an election then you can't be declared to be d winner not even by the court...

The first assignment for the Governor-elect Alh.Yaya Bello is to unite kogi APC especially his deputy,Hon. Faleke in order to delivere better democracy dividends to undeveloped Kogi State

Faleke should know that nothing is given unless God gives. His latest action is as good as insubordination to his Boss.I do not see him as a future replacement for yaya Bello because he has not cultivated any spirit of sportsmanship. Faleke is very rude to his boss which makes him incompetent to hold any public position. Only God knows how he became a member of House of Representative with a hooliganism and thugery

The battle that God won for Ebira some element know not, let me ask a question here if there is no hand of God how comes the Ebira comes 2 3 4 in primaries and currently ebira man is the speaker in kogi state ?

Anoneism:
Yahaya Bello has been scammed! He should watch it because I suspect coup from Faleke's camp.
My perception is that, While Yahaya Bello is there to defeat PDP in court in terms of legal justification, Faleke would just step in to snatch it from Yahaya Bello thereafter.
What a baby like mind you have, poor boy, you are wrong there. apc as a party is just right. Yahaya is the 1st runner up and this is legally recognised. Just have in mind that election was declared inconclusive before Audu's death. Had it been otherwise, falaeke would have sailed true. Igala's sees an okun man in their state as a great insult. Tribe is very sensitive. I am very sorry for falaeke, he would have maintain a low profile. By the way things is going, he will not last 6months without been impeached by igala/egbirra dominated state house. Okuns are minority, barely 20% of the state population.

As if the Yahaya Bello thought of sportsmanship when he did all the anti-party madness after he lost the primaries.
