Oooops:
Nairalander's, Please help share your views.

You have been enduring your boss who has been feeling on top of the world using you as house boy and maltreating the heck outa you, and you finally got this dream job. Is it right to state how wicked he has been and outrightly but maturedly insult him in your resignation letter

The feeling of just quitting without him knowing the pains you went through doesn't make sense to me! You sitdown think am too na!!!

Short answer: NO.

It's simply not professional.

Yes, you may be tempted to vent and bounce out of
the office in slow motion, but this isn't a
Nollywood movie. And you're not Ramsey Nouah.

Although you may not readily admit it, you
probably had a part to play in the so-called
"maltreating" from your former boss. Looking back,
don't you think things could have been a bit
different if you had displayed a different
attitude?

And what if tomorrow you need to get a reference
from this same former employer?

Congratulations on your new job! Take out time to
critically assess your career so far.

To paraphrase a wise man, those who don't learn
from the mistakes of the past are doomed to repeat
them.

Peace
