Ebukaobi: I don't think u understand the meaning of what this other guy is trying to tell u: if it happen to Nmamdi, it could happen to u in another form or shape. In a democracy, we all have the right to freedom of association period. U need to remember what happened when Hitler got all the Jews in Germany in gas chamber. Go read history 5 Likes |

No sane Judge will entertain a in his court a matter that the prosecutors flagrantly disobeyed his colleagues in other courts. Buhari and his people are just chasing shadows. In the end the right of indigenous communities for self determination will remain a superior argument giving birth to Biafra. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Same reason that Tompolo refused summons by EFCC because according to him if EFCC will not obey court orders, he will also not obey EFCC summons while threatening the FG with shutdown of oil production if any attempt is made to forcefully arrest him. Soyinka warned that disobedience of court orders is a recipe for anarchy. The issue is not about Mr Kanu but about obedience to constituted authority. 3 Likes 1 Share |

DropShot: Does Kanu appear like someone who's begging? For me, I know the govt must have given him conditions under which they will release him, for eg. Denouncing Biafra, and he refused. Suppose he's the coward type he would have been released for long. The reason they don't want to release him is that they've seen the confidence- that he's not afraid and is willing to continue with the fight for Biafra if they let him go. 2 Likes 1 Share |

icyprince020:the judge would still have withdrawn from the case sooner or later, have you forgotten the Abiola case and how it was dragged and dragged.all this issue of judge withdrawing is all part of the FG plans and game to keep the guy out of action, but what the dullard doesn't know is the longer kanu is kept in prison the bigger his image becomes outside ,as time goes on he will become a symbol of the so called biafra struggle. So the dullard is now in between ,if he releases kanu it is still problem and if he keeps him incarcerated bigger problems. The best thing is to arrange a sort of meeting with south east leaders or kings and make it look like they came to plead for kanu release, then release him to them, just like Abacha released gani to the oni of ife 1 Like |
