Well, if they are not engaged to be married then they can explore other grounds. But sex outside marriage is not the norm in this part of the world. So those who arent married have no business with fidelity anyway.
There is a difference between polygamy and sexual promiscuity.
Nigeria may not frown at the former but the later is a no no for men and women.
