Far much later than it will befall Nnamdi Kanu and all of his cohorts who wish destruction upon 170million peace-loving Nigerians.

2. Jona did not negotiate with Henry Okah's brother and he denied both brothers any form of bail.

3. He locked the brother up and threw away the key..

So exactly where were you all back them when Jona dished out his own zero bail and zero mercy brand of justice?

This slowpoke called Buhari is just a tyrant. He has made it clear to the entire world saying in his first Presidential Media Chat today 30th December 2015, that the Court is useless and Judges and the judiciary are made of fools who don't know their left from their right. That's what Buhari’s comment reproduced below suggests. Buhari shamefully said that the court doesn't know the case against Nnamdi Kanu. That he would continue to detain him inspite of Court Judgements to the contrary. When he was asked about the continuous detention of Sambo Dasuki and Nnamdi Kanu: Buhari said,
"If you see the atrocities those committed against this country, we can't allow them to jump bail."
So releasing someone who had been granted bail by a court of competent jurisdiction and who has fulfiled his bail conditions amount to jumping bail? Is there no longer separation of powers between the Executive and Judiciary?
Is it for Buhari to determine how to stop someone from jumping bail or the court to set conditions for bail and that of forestalling the skipping of bail?
Can someone please tell me that this is not happening in Somalia where anarchy reigns.
By that comment, Buhari has elevated himself to the Emperor of Nigeria; he has become the President, Chief Justice, Attorney General of the Federation and Chief Prosecutor. This is real mess.
Buhari is simply trying to cajole and intimidate the Court so that they will begin to dance to his tunes. He is sending a clear message and veiled threat to the judiciary " give me judgment at all cost whether l merit it or not, if not, l will not obey your orders and you can go to hell Court".
Even military governments in the 21st century has not gone this far in dictatorial inclination.
Where are the NBA, Human Rights campaigners and the international community who foisted this man on Nigeria?
The time to call him to order from his recklessness and excessiveness is now before he plunges an already confused country into a constitutional crisis of unimaginable proportions.
If Buhari thinks that what he said, what he did or what he will do, will make the Biafran agitation die down, he is 100% wrong. He lacks dynamisim of a leader.
His action, statement and body language will rather embolden the agitators, strengthen them and make more converts for them who will give him headache and become natural opposition and give him pains. Shame!
The danger of continual incarceration of Nnamdi Kanu is obvious, his followers might become radicalised. Buhari should know that Boko Haram became violent after Mohammed Yusuf it's founder was killed. May history not repeat itself negatively. No man born of flesh can stop the restoration of Biafra.

Bail comes before trial in a competent court so what's your point?

Was he and his brother granted bail by jona?

The answer is no, he denied them bail..

Jone refused them bail and he did not negotiate with anybody, he locked them up for good and they are still in jail..

Nnamdi Kanu and Dasuki should not be spoken of in the same breath, Nnamdi Kanu is (arguably) a freedom fighter while Dasuki is a thief ...yes a thief and not allegedly. When it comes to issue of National security, the USA the citadel of democracy will jettison all forms of constitutional freedom to protect its citizens. Remember Guantanamo Bay? Abu Ghraib Prisons? Edward Snowden and the Wikileaks Saga? Lets not fool ourselves, these thieves use this so called rule of law to manipulate the system and i choose to look the other way as long as the likes of Dasuki are concerned. Corruption in Nigeria can only be fought the Ribadu way.....desperate times demand desperate measures. May Dasuki and friends rot in jail. For Kanu,he has my sympathies. Make no mistake i am a Yoruba man but i believe the government should dialogue with him for i believe the Igbos have valid reasons to feel aggrieved. And how come nobody has pointed out that Dasuki is Hausa..thought PMB was labelled as tribalistic Hausa Fulani man who would never hurt his northern brothers.

What kind oof negotiation should be done for a man who called for the destruction of the country and assasination of other tribe?

Kanu's offence is worse than Dasuki

Dasuki is stealing, Kanu is treason and inciting the public to commit crime

They should sentence Kanu to just 50yrs in jail

How people are supporting the President on this is really shocking. Shebi dem say one is Innocent unless pronounced guilty by a competent COURT of law. Since when has the president become a court? Are we still under Military dictatorship? This precedence he is setting, hope no one will complain when it becomes a Standard. I weep for APC e-agents

Should they rather support a criminal that was entrusted with funds and lives but greedily chose to steal and lavish the money. Thousands have died as a result of this criminal act while millions have been displaced. If Democracy is about welfare of few selfish and corrupt elements instead of the overwhelming majority, then dictatorship it is then. Nonsense!

The only thing Okah confessed to was GEJ's involvement with his crew like Dokpesi

And you know Jona did not interfere how exactly?

Advocating the destruction of a nation and her people is a terror act

Soliciting for and demanding for weapons o overthrow any government, destruction of life and property is a terror act.

The question is, why was it OK to deny Okah and his brother bail and ok to grant this terror suspect bail?
