As part of his release, the detainee will promise to appear in court for all his scheduled criminal proceedings, if this promise is kept the bail amount will be returned at the end of the trial.

Money not paid rightaway. If the accused fails to turn up the bailbond is forfeited.

If you are a true democrat, you won't be here celebrating the defeat of democracy. In law, all persons are innocent until they are proven guilty by a court of law.
