PDP has expired like Expired drug in Kogi state. Even if Faleke wins the courts, it's still APC.

Wada accomplished as a governor? Pray tell, how?

Nothing was happening in the state. Salaries were not being paid as and when due. The public education system has collapsed. I shouldn't even talk about the road network. .which is the worst in the country.

Some PDP members in the state knew fielding Wada would bring failure, and they were right. His government was so unpopular.

Idris wrecked the state and brought in his brother-in-law to complete the wrecking.

There is no injustice whatsoever. In no time, you'll be grateful for everything that is happening now.

Before Wada was there peace in Kogi? If you were in tune with the realities of Kogi politics, you'd know that Kogi was a heaven for thugs and all kinds of bandits, and this was a by product of the acrimony that ensued between Ibro and Audu. Wada's tenure brought calmness and all inclusiveness into Kogi politics, which is what translated to the most peaceful elections ever held in the State. Can you imagine elections being conducted in Kogi without a single life being lost? It may seem notional to an outsider, but to Kogites it certainly is worth silver and gold!

On the infrastructure side, you fail to acknowledge that when Wada came on board, he came with a people generated and oriented blueprint which he started implementing, before the floods of 2012 set in, which basically wiped away most critical infrastructure in the State; this no doubt forced the Government to re-calibrate and reprioritize it activities. Despite that they were able to raise a NGN 20 Bn infrastructure bond tailored towards tacking critical and revenue generating projects in the States, about NGN 8Bn of which has been drawn down. Watch and see, if Bello spends up to a year in office, the same projects commenced by Wada would be commissioned by Bello. That's a fact which Bello is also conversant with.

On the salaries issue, it's a well known fact that Wada inherited a ballooning wage bill from Ibro due to minimum wage. The only reason why this wasn't an issue under Ibro was because of high Allocations from the Federal Government. Now that it's obvious that the fiscal climate is a bit feisty, it's not a surprise that the State is unable to meet its wage demands, despite increasing IGR from NGN 120m to NGN 600m, which translates to over a 300% increase. At some point they had to result to taking overdrafts to paying salaries, just to ensure that at the end of the day workers able to feed their families. What more do you expect him to do? Result to quantitative easing address the State's fiscal issues?

You talk of Education? If I may ask, which State in Nigeria boast of a functional educational system? It's a common problem across board that requires federal intervention, as the best the State can do is fund education within the ambit of available resources.

And you talk of road network? Do you recognize that the trunk roads running through Kogi State are all Federal Roads? Are you also aware that the State Govt has committed in excess of 10Bn to fixing these roads, yet the Federal Government is yet to reimburse them? Are you also aware that circa 3Bn that was supposed to go towards maintaining roads in Lokoja town had to be diverted to build barriers against potential flooding due to torrential rainfall? There are lots of issues that had stagnated the State in the past four years, but again it's easy to criticize without being conversant of the facts at hand.

The popularity issue you cry about was fermented by Jibrin Isah Echocho who felt that he should have been the rightful candidate of the PDP. It is the fallout propaganda from Isah's bitterness that created the whole story of Wada being a so called mental patient. Now the question is that if Jibrin knew that Wada was a mental patient, why couldn't he dissuade his defunct Bank, Afri Bank from investing in Wada when he held sway as the Boss at EAS Airlines? And if he is so unpopular, how come he was able to muscle 200k votes against Audu's 240k votes, despite being backed that the power brokers at Abuja? Didn't the same Isah claim that Wada couldn't muscle up to 50k votes if he alone was contesting in an election? Again, don't let the media propaganda fool you; there is a lot more to it than meets the eye.

As far as injustice is concerned, we all just have to wait and see how things play out in the courts of law, which is what every law abiding citizen (like Wada) ought to do.

90% of APC in Kogi are PDP....But again, no need to trade slander on social media. Let's allow the lawyers and courts of law do the talking.

Bros, if there is a rerun, APC would never present yahaya bello unless they wen lose! Am sure APC knows that! Yahaya bello cannot even win primaries in APC if conducted today! the only people supporting him right now are the igbiras, the guy cause this wahala by not supporting Audu/falake at the polls! How on earth would u loose a party primaries, and instead of u to join hand with the winner and work for the party, u decided to work for the opponents, only for u you to come and claim a sit u never worked for just because Audu is dead! what about falake that was on the ticket and all others that worked for victory of the party? Nonsense!!!! And yes am Igala and a Muslim, so what?

You are an illiterate.. what is wrong with you kogi people sef.. victory of a party or no victory hahaha bello is the runner up in the primaries and he is in the best positing to be made governor.. do you think the chief justice are dumb like you right. You this kogi people u hate good things why not try this guy for 4years and as difference in your state. as far as am concerned KOGI IS THE SECOND POOREST STATE IN NIGERIA.

Bello is a product of an unpopular mandate and the people have a right to be aggrieved. You simply don't impose someone on a complex State like Kogi and just expect the people to patiently wait until the next four years to express their reservations. If anything it no doubt berates the essence of democracy, where persons are allowed to express their opinions as long as it's done in a responsible manner. Can you imagine if this happened at the level of the Presidency? Would you simply just sit and fold your arms?

Kogi being the so called 2nd poorest State (which isn't factual by the way) is a product of it's fragile structure, which was based on political expediency by IBB rather than economic or social viability. It is for this reason there is always constant tensions between the three major ethnic groups in the State (ala Nigeria).
