You can use alias or any pseudo identification you want for vanity plate so long it conforms within the ambit of freespeech and cannot be in contravention of The Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Biafra does not violate freespeech nor CRA in America, thats why he is able to identify and ride around in it.

Do we have such in Nigeria? to freespeech with my number plate on any issue that affect me without molestation.

If you pass through what these Marines pass through in Afghanistan and Iraq you won't be here typing bullshit. Marines and Navy seals are mortals too. Of course, there will always be casualties. But don't make light of the duties they perform during war.
