Hi all,

Im a big fan of Barca, back in dem days, thanks for opening this thread so that we can talk about the most stylish team in Europe, Barca
Just decided to drop this piece of news as regards a new playa we are about to buy, pls read

Barcelona have reached an initial agreement to sign Keirrison from Palmeiras. The forward could not hide his delight as he revealed his dream of playing alongside Lionel Messi.

The Blaugrana may still be on course for three trophies this season but plans for next term are already well under way and a recent trip to South America by Txiki Begiristain proved fruitful.

Talks between Barcelona and Keirrison's agency, Traffic, have led to an outline arrangement being made that will see a concrete bid set to follow in the next few weeks.

A price of €15 million was asked, however, the Catalan outfit are determined to see that lowered with a number of clauses and conditions related to the youngster's progress.

The 20-year-old forward has said that he wants to be successful and would relish the chance to play alongside Messi,

"I would really like to play alongside Lionel Messi," Sport quote Keirrison as stating. "He is the best player in the world.

"Since I was very young I have wanted to play… with a great club and, although I have nothing against any others, I have always identified with Barcelona.

"I saw a lot of games when Romario and Ronaldo were there and that made me dream that one day I would play at Barcelona."

Liverpool, Real Madrid and Valencia are all keeping tabs on Keirrison, with los Che tabling an offer in the winter market that was rejected by Traffic.

Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by ogazi007(m): 10:03am On Apr 01, 2009
Barca will be back to action this weekend taking on valadolid on saturday by 8pm nig time.its going to be a difficult game for us because of the international friendly/qualifiers.way back in november we played 1-1 draw with getefe in camp nou,in february we played 2-2 away to real betis and that marks the beginning of miserable drop in form we experienced that could have terminated our hope of wining treble this season, they are all courtesy of international friendly and qualifiers.
i just hope we have learnt our lessons and pay serious attention to saturday's game.the month of april is a decisive month and we cant afford to start with a poor result.barca for all trophies,
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by honeric01(m): 12:03pm On Apr 01, 2009
Put your mind at rest, we are sure to finish this season with at least 2 trophies.
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by eyonigger(m): 12:21pm On Apr 01, 2009

Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by ogazi007(m): 9:19am On Apr 02, 2009
How unpredictable this game of foootie is?Bolivia humbles agentina 6-1, i pity my boi messi and maradona.
messi was very frustrated,he should be on his way to barcelona now and he must destroy valadolid on saturday with hat tricks.
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by Walexdinho(m): 9:44am On Apr 03, 2009
Up barca ,is unbelivable dat dey beat argentina 6-1. I find it difficult 2 believe it not until i saw d result with my naked eye.How i hope messi shud revenge on valadolid 2morrow nite. Barca 4life.

@walexdinho!
this ur statistics dey fear me o!
anyway,i understand ur sentiment.

we stunned valladolid 6 goals to notin in camp nou,but we are playing away from home and considering our ill preparation as a result of international commitments by our super stars, what do u all think the scoreline would looks like?i have already contacted guardiola this morning to ask our bois to temper justice with mercy by giving only 2 goals to valladolid in tomorrow's game and reserves the remaining for bayern next week.we will shock bayern with plenty goals,i know we can do it.barca all my life
Re: Barcelona Fans Thread by Walexdinho(m): 2:12pm On Apr 03, 2009
I hope so. Am very sure of sendin bayern out of C.League. no matter how is goin to happen, all i believe is dat dey am winnin bayern. Barca 4life.
