Loool...some people are just silly. choosing to live in denial. People will always have sex with or without condom. So instead of pretending that it wont happen, why not equip them with the means of protection and spread of stds.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with giving free condom out on Valentine's day. Believe it or not, sex will always happen on such a day and it's best one protects him/herself.
