Loool...some people are just silly. choosing to live in denial. People will always have sex with or without condom. So instead of pretending that it wont happen, why not equip them with the means of protection and spread of stds.

Very good thing to do. And not in any way a bad, wrong or immoral thing. In fact I think universities or even secondary schools should have free condoms in the school clinic or sick bay. The rate of STD infections and unplanned pregnancies and abortions in our society is just too much. Free condom distribution means no more excuses not to use them.
