No Islam does not support forceful marriage, and u don't call a 15year old underage cos some of these children we think dey are young have been sleeping around since say 13 or so. For a marriage to take place in Islam, the parent especially the father has to give his consent and also the child in question would have a say about it, so it's isn't forceful in anyway.
