Uh dear even if you decide to let go and move on, your heart does not always agree with your mind. Your heart could be set on stuck while your mind says go. So it's not as simple as deciding. Different healing time-frame for different folks. Just be patient and try to limit contact with the fellow while occupying most of your time with other activities that will keep you busy. I know your problem and its not just thinking about your ex, its thinking about your ex with someone else- probably a former rival. Its gonna drive you crazy but it aint your fault. Talk to your Dr. about anti-anxiety meds. Once you are calm then you can focus your undivided attention to some new hobby. . . trust me, within a short period you'll think how could you have fallen in love with your ex in the first place sef! Don't let others suffer because you r still fixed on your ex. |
