It really would be a hard thing for a lady to agree to date an impotent man even after knowing same. Your question seems too open and not isolated to allow for clarity. If they were married, the woman would cheat, no matter the immaculacy practiced, but for unmarried lovebirds, it is utterly and abysmally impossible. No lady In her right thinking mind would agree, even if there was excess money, the lady would cheat. The impotency makes a man a woman. Still, there are two sides to it, which is probably in like 1% old mature wives that are with kids already, they won't necessarily fancy that but they would still grumble within them about the impotency.
