Thanks for the tips. I guessed you were interviewed for an experienced role.
However I do not have experience that much and have been invited for a structured interview for Umbilical engineer role.
I guess mine might just be a rundown of my CV.
More responses anticipated though.

Can someone tell me what a typical TOTAL structured interview looks like.
Especially for a technical role.
Your responses are clearly anticipated.

Wow Satan himself could have done better with this analogy of Pastor Chris to which he gave no biblical passage to back it up. If his logic is true I might as well conclude that adultery, fornication, homosexuality, dominatrix, bondage and submission,pornography ,masochism and sadomasochism are not sinful as long as they do not control my mind as my body is my property and God has nothing to do with it. See false doctrine by the fore-runner of antichrist.

But Pastor didn`t I cor 6:19-20 says 19What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

20For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

When we come to Christ and become born-again our body becomes the temple of the Holy-Spirit and not just our spirit. Can Pastor Chris tell me that the HOLY GHOST which is the Spirit of the ALMIGHTY GOD Himself will remain in  a body given to masturbation. Haba Pastor.

This preachers are what 1 Peter 2: 1 and 18 - 19 describes thus 1But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. 18-1918For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.

19While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.


Let this not surprise people in that a Pastor cannot preach against and help counsel you against a sinful habit that he himself might be guilty of. Mathhew 1 :21 says And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.> when God saves you He delivers you from sin to live A BRAND NEW LIFE.

I can by the grace of God declare before Heaven and Hell that by God grace I do not do such but not by my own power but by the grace of God that works in me. What God has done in me He can do for anybody bound by addiction to any form of sin if only you will let Him. He was manifested to take away our sin.

Lastly Revelation21:27 says And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life..
May God help us to number our days and promptly apply our heart to wisdom.

I wish not to comment anymore on this thread but some of the reply am seeing is quite disappointing
We are missing one crucial point here. The article says 20 million euros and not naira or Japanese yen please.
According to currency converter 1 euro = 215.132 naira
Therefore 20 million euros = 4 ,306,417,923.39 naira (in other words 4.3 billion naira)

Now the global CEO of Shell worldwide (PETER VOSER) take home package for 2010 was 5.361 million euros.This was not without the wrath of shell investors worldwide who saw this as ostentatious.

The former CEO of BP worldwide Tony Hayward take home package for 2009 (some months after the highest ever price was recorded for a barrel of crude oil) was 3.647 million euros.


The truth of the matter is she could never have made that money as a director in Shell Nigeria which is just a unit out of Shel worldwide. Shell Nigera would have gone out businees since if they paid their directors like that. Only politics can make such kind of windfall earnings in Nigeria.

According to daily independent Nigeria NNPC and PPPRA overshot the fuel subsidy budget by 1.079 trillion Naira in just 9 months. Equally the Executive secretary of NEITI alleged that NNPC indebtedness to Federal account is 842 billion naira according to sweet crude reports. I also read the Petroleum Minister said NNPC budget is too big for the FG and therefore can be submitted for scrutiny by the judiciary.

The international community is laughing at the ignorance of Nigerians. It is only when we know how bad things are that is when we can begin to take the right steps.

The truth is our political appointees and leaders have well played on the ignorance and simplicity of an average Nigerian for far too long. It is high time we woke up and wise up and now what should be allowed and what should be tolerated.

As I said in my earlier post I do not want to cast aspersion on her and would want this matter to be properly investigated and adequately dealt with but to explain this away by saying she was a director at Shell Nigeria or had some private investment money-spinning which is clandestine is just ludicrous and appalling.

Fellow Nigerians Let us call a spade a spade.

I do not want to cast aspersion on her personality but have always been a bit skeptical about her ministerial appointment ever since when she was made the Minister of transport. Being a women you might have thought she would be different
I would say that this should be rightly investigated and if true should be adequately dealt with.

I would want us to look at this issue objectively without any string of sentiment or emotion. It is the most rational buisness decision for any corporate multinational airliner like EMIRATES to intimate her passengers of the prevailing situtaion of their destination.All EMirates said about Nigeria is true if we must be realistic. Again this is not to say that Nigeria is the only country with violence in the world. Even the "world powers" like US, UK, CANADA etc all have a share of this. Take UK for example, there is hardly any month where you wont hear story of teenage knife stabing or gun violence. It is something that has become very common especially in the past few years.The samething i believe is obtainable in the US.  

The government of this countries are doing everything possible in order to arrest this menace by carrying out police investigation,using  forensic evidence where applicable and enforcing maximum penelty to those apprehended. Herein lies the shortcoming of Nigerian government and the negative image that trails us  in the international community.

This image we have are not as a result of our problem but the disposition of our government to it.For example the Niger delta  brohaha has been lingering for several years since the days of Ken Saro Wiwa  and my beloved country is yet to make any meaningful step to bringing this "recurriing decimal" to a stop.The recent issue of kidnapping foreigh oil expatriate has worsen the whole issue. Not  to mention the issue of corruption and money laundering that has remain unmitigated since the time of IBB and the passivity or perhaps impotence of our judicial system. What of daylight bribery on our roads by our commercial drivers /dearest police force and the unending rhetoric of our IGs? Common guys do we think that this people are blind or they dont listen to news.  

Bottom line is let Nigeria(Goverment and the massess) be sincere in the bid to make our country better then all the negative image(s) will be erased off the face of  the international commumnbity.
