Chasepark: Those apps received on xender are saved in a folder. What if you try to install the apps from the file manager? It's restricted by Google's security, so it depends. But it's the actual apk that is affected which means it'll usually result to the same error. |

Chills007: 55k The Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 7 fall within this price range, different ram and memory configurations though. But they're reputable midrange devices you won't regret to own. |

iamNegro: Xender has the permission to install apps from unknown sources. Redmi 8a shows "Special all app access" and displays the apps individually. I checked from before and rechecked but it is not working Seems Google has tightened it's security that's why some apps can not be side loaded despite allowing unknown source installation. The only solution is Play Store |

Mckandre: How do u guys see this? I think the actual look is dope Nice one. Now Samsung trolls can't say the design was copied. I dislike notches and punch holes but that massive & stretched 6.5 inches screen is really tempting If the price is right... |

IanSholex: Good day goop people, I need fellow xiaomites to come to my aid. My redmi note 5 is acting strange lately, I discovered 2days ago my battery is draining fast. The phone was idle and the battery dropped from 64-20% through the midnight. I thought it was just a minor issue, not untill I charged it this morning and the same repeated itself again. Anybody with possible solution should please come to my help. First of all update your WhatsApp |

Please can you guys give me pros and cons of the device since y'all have been using it for a while now Xiaomi has released over 120 smartphone models and has existed over 10 years as a top smartphone manufacturer, what are you sceptical about? State your budget and specifications you want in a smartphone and the good folks on this thread will guide you in making a pick. |

Thanks. Did you set it as the default messaging app? If you're rooted try to switch it to a system app |

just to be sure. but i already ordered it before that guy told me. just wanted to confirm the price in Nigeria when he said it doesnt work. It's works in Nigeria, just like a user confirmed. 2g,3g & 4g bands are supported so don't be afraid. That seller is trying to cajole you into buying what he has in stock thereby giving you false information. |

genius43: It is coming in March after the Mi 10. Xiaomi can't allow another phone use SD 865 before Mi 10 Oh, interesting! The K30 still dope sha. The screen size, refresh rate, chipset, side mounted FPS and price has set it up to be another hit. I see the K30 as a worthy successor to the Poco phone and won't be surprised if it gets rebranded as Poco F2 in some regions. |
Phones › Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by 2kurupt(m): 12:49pm On Dec 11, 2019 |
Bahddo: The price difference between the 5G and 4G variants of the k30 no be here o. The money that can get you the 8gb 256gb 4G variant cannot buy the 6gb 128gb 5G variant.
Thankfully, the state of internet connectivity in Naija has made it an easy choice.
Only dilemma is deciding whether to wait for it (4G variants) to be available here or get the Redmi Note 8 pro right away. The Helio G90T (RN8 pro) seems more powerful (maybe slightly, on the whole) than the SD 730G (k30), but no 8gb 256gb RN8 pro version available for Nigeria, and it's still Android 9 (and wouldn't get past Android 10). I would say wait for the Pro version There is definitely a Pro version lurking somewhere which will be used to appease those whining about any shortcomings of the vanilla version. |

Anyways, maybe na me no sabi how to use gen charge phones well. Your observation is on point. Osyxcel: Try using standard 5V port on the powerbank (if you've been using quick charge port) and see if there's a difference. Thanks but I got no power supply issues, just stating my observation over the years with regards to charging of phones generally. |
