Kurt and Nigeria's case are two different thing, how do people reason.
There are laws against things like open grazing as seen in Nigeria today, over there in developed countries.
Let them tackle the issue of open grazing and instead use a more efficient and advanced method like the Ranching method.
Then if any tribe enters a ranch to treat animals that way, we can apply the Kurt's treatment....
