That's the problem i have with some Nigerians. You will complain of bad governance in Nigeria yet you will move to a better country and still continue the misbehaving

Our government on the other side is making it difficult for us to get the substantial amount of money for our migration plan

Everything is just fvcked up in this kantry
Do you know how easy it was to migrate to Canada just three Years ago through the student and express entry route or his easy it was to get to Australia, I noticed some of our people do say how they would never want to go to Aussie for reasons best known to them, but now everyone is rushing the visa, and inspite of the money you have you can't seem to get it, because if the stigma hovering, as a result of being Nigerian the home of celebrated fraudsters, what about the US visa lottery, I would live to reside in Japan but I can't, and why is that.
Though the government make bad decision as it relates to the economy or money issues, but this route if they were still open, would mitigate the effect if this stupid money policy, but they are close, so your money is useless still. You get the point?
TravelRe: My US Adventures/Trips. by 2Lynx(m): 4:04pm On Aug 11, 2021
Hadampson:
We got a similarity there.
This country is getting worse everyday. Sometimes i wake up at night just to cry cos it got to a point where i became frustrated. My efforts to leave Nigeria was futile and to think that I'm not getting younger makes me even more sad but all is well sha. embarassed

I have never being proud of being a Nigerian cry
Nigeria is a country with the highest religiously gullible persons in the whole universe, a place where a hardcore illiterate self appointed pastor/Imam will enslave a PhD holder and milk him dry. A country where rich oppress the poor. A country where you are expected to do everything by yourself and we have government oo. A country where internet fraudsters/drug dealers/money rituals are celebrated. A country where God is expected to do the government's duties. God is expected to cure malaria, provide electricity for the masses, secure the masses, pave the roads and even protect a drunken driver overspending on the highway. Since jobs are sold to the highest bidder, getting a job after graduation becomes a supernatural miracle which must be celebrated with a church Thanksgivings service. Shame on this country angry
You just highlighted my experiences and thoughts....then you find out that restrictions have been placed on entry route which were not really stringent in the past as an after effect of some stupid elements who had the opportunity to hustle legit and still reap the fruit, but were possessed by greed mehn, or the government inability to manage the economy of the nation, while I was calculating 350 per # thinking I am almost there then I see it increase to 500 per#. But in all things we are more than conqueror through God.

Thanks brother.
.[/b]"
As much as I enjoy great insight from this..i would love to pint out something about the sons of God being referred to in Genesis 6, if you check some bible that comes with thise little glossaries underneath them..you will see something like the 1st picture frame, and you know that every scripture of the Bible were written (the old testament) first in Aramaic and Hebrew and the writers wrote as instructed by the Spirit of God, so if the bible were in its true form I am sure the words were going to be "the angelic sons of God" and in verse 4, the nephlims, means the descendants of the fellers or fallen in Hebrew, as if all this were written like this in it's true form(Hebrew) by the HolySpirit what's there to dispute, the translation distorted a lot of words and meaning.

A valid point here, economic and trade war is a real threat, and I am not sure that Biafra would survive this, I live here and I am not sure we would, we are even seriously divided amongst ourselves too, but the oodua Republic would fare better
PoliticsRe: Obasanjo: One, United Nigeria 'Should Not Be At Any Cost' by 2Lynx(m): 9:11am On Jun 10, 2021
I think, even if we don't want to disintegrate, a review of the constitution that grants each region autonomous power to control it's own affairs, should be in place, while the federal government controls only the local currency, military and foreign affairs matters, that is each region becomes sovereign while the federal government becomes the suzerain head, though each region will get to remit some percentage to the federal government on a monthly or annual basis. And most of all we need someone that can hold an intellectual conversion for long.

And what about the language requirement?
Is there a way we can have that waived sir, I mean not taking the course here in Nigeria, but instead going through a language preparatory class on arrival, is this possible?

I love stories but I can hardly put them in a sequential order. The thoughts come in randomly, and I process them as they do.
I recommend you take this as a dairy here on "nairaland", that way you don't have to worry about it being in a "sequential order"....
Wonderful piece the part you mentioned your family almost mase e teary eyed cos this is what everyone outside ought to worry about the government is scamming us big time, make the money and ship your family out.

Time seems to be one of the most valuable article of exchange that the "Nigeria system" has so ripped us off, cutting short our growth and understanding in it, no wonder time management courses cost much. Good one OP
