if it's new brand new one u don't need activation key just connect ur laptop 2 internet it will activate

Good evening great people, I am having an issue with my system and I'm sure help will come forth from here.
*My system logged me out despite supplying my usual password, I've tried the normal means of tackling issues like this, but this particular system seems different. I guess, this is because it runs on Windows 8*

As far as I know, no new computer comes with Microsoft Office installed. If you bought your Microsoft Office then it should have come with its product key

am having issues with my laptop, at times I connect my ucom pad, am able to play game but if for some reason my laptop turn off, wen I try playing pes again d pad does not work, but if I should leave it for a while it works again, pls solution,

please my laptop just went off while I was typing with it this morning, it was fully charged and plugged in when it did. it has refused to come on, I have removed the battery replaced it back but it didn't come on. I even tried to put it on while it was plugged in without the battery but it still didn't come on. help me out please. it's hp model 6730s. thanks

What seems to be the problem.
My beloved Hp 6930p screen has gone deem. First it displays and error me message.
"Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We are collecting some error info, and then we will restart for you. (100% complete)
If you'd like to know more, you can search online for this error: VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (akitmpag.sys)"

On a blue screen.
It never boot normally again, when I reboot, It reboots into crash and same error comes up again and again.
When I tried it with an external Monitor and it works.

Please what could be wrong, and what's the possible solutions.

It's either your hard drive or operating system is bad/failing.
Try re-installing windows or test another hard drive with a working OS on your system.

There is nothing like video processor. Your system switches on and displays meaning the lapto's power system and video system are OK. The issue of not being able to boot has to do with a corrupted operating system or failing hard drive.

The issue is, the screen does not display at all, (blank), yet the laptop boots completely, It also display on an external display.

Next time, take your time to explain the issue with your system for clarity . The first paragraphof your post strongly suggest the laptop displays by itself. One won't know it is blank till you mentioned that it works with external monitor.

If that is the case, I recommend you re-sit the RAM of the system and possibly try other RAM apart from the one in the laptop( remove all sources of power before doing this).

Also observe the screen carefully if you can see faint characters on the screen when you switch it on. If true, the module of the screen maybe bad.
