undecided I'm not a Northerner. I didn't see anyone else called bastard. I only saw someone calling the Captain of the Nigerian football national team a Bastard. Is it appropriate?? No. Is the moniker always talkin ill and actin racist?? Yes. We all Nigerians should always speak the damn truth. Like why tf should I be attacking subzero cos he insulted a Northerner?? I'm pushing this because I'll do same for any other Nigerian who don't deserved to be talked to inappropriately. If someone calls Osimhen a bastard here, everyone will start attacking the person. Stop being bias.

Are you sure you were in this thread at all. Ighalo and even some monik6here had been referred to asvbastard, so what's so special about miss own

You're welcome Doc. How you see this afcon
The opening ceremony looked great from the pictures I saw.
The first game wasn't bad, Burkina Faso basically threw the game away.

Show me where people called Ighalo bastard in this thread and I'll drop my argument. Just because people said so doesn't mean it is right, although I've never seen any of those you claim.

With this kinda football they're playing, they'd be fortunate to be in the semis

It's probable, but Algeria remains my tournament favorites. Tbh, I don't think our Super Eagles under Rohr could hold its own against this Zimbabwe side but I hope Eguavoen's gon' impress the Nigerian people with some quality football in Gauruoa tomorrow. We don't want him playing too safe against those Egyptian lots.

I don’t like iheanacho as a striker at all or our no 9, he should play another role.

Eguavoen should use Awoniyi or Sadiq/olayinka

If any of the trio cannot seize this massive opportunity, that is, they cannot successfully lead a line, then they should stop receiving call-ups. We can’t be over reliant on osimhen, it’s not healthy, so massive TRIALS for our 3 no 9.

I pray Awoniyi or Sadiq or olayinka can be a revelation, hmmm, deleting social media will not help this trio.

This might be hard for some of you guys to digest, Sadiq Umar and Awoniyi are yet to become the player Iheanacho is.

The are yet to match up in terms of being clinical in front of goal, creativity, passing, positioning, even on the tactical side of the game.

It will be a great disservice, if Iheanacho doesn't lead the lines of attack.

Senegal will be more determined whenever it confronts Algeria unlike their last meeting. Bear in mind it's present COVID issue

Bruvv, I got nothing against anyone in this faceless thread/forum. I just want us to be honest with ourselves. Y'all like Nigerian brothers and sisters united for a common goal. I.e for our Super Eagles to be successful. If one of our Thread members do wrong, we gotta do the needful, we gotta let him know he's trespassing; i.e insulting our national team captain for that matter. That's what I meant. Never meant any harm. Peace, bruvv.

What kind of bad luck is this??
You suffer for 90mins, towards the final 10secs you lost to your opponent.

Of the players that are missing cos of the COVID-19, I do believe that Koulibaly and Mendy are the "most significant" players. Mané played this match, and from the look of things, Senegal still lacks some "spark". The midfield is too stagnant. The attack looks bright but is toothless.

It was 4 mins added time.

The penalty incident occured at around 93mins 45secs. So the ref had to wait for VAR review which took a while before Mane took the penalty.

It was 4 mins added time not 7

Senegal got the penalty on 90 mins (3:59) so the review and delays lead to the 97 mins
