I knew of Taraba and Benue, and now I remember, but am don't knew of which of the two have to and igala, between Adamawa and Benue,

I interact with peeps from those language Tiv and Igala on a regular basic in Lagos, but have difficulty in knowing which state

Tiv and Igala are both Benue.

You should not even be confusing any of those two states, because they are nowhere near each other. Benue is in the middle belt, North Central, Adamawa is all the way in the North East, right at the edge of the nation

Adamawa is the Northern state sharing a boundary with Cameroon

Iheanacho na general market, I no dey talk that one matter where woman dey. I don't know about Esther's chances with him, considering Tacha dey give am close marking

Ebuehi is probably too shy to toast woman, perhaps slightly aloof as well. I don't know his story, he might even have low-key babe

I sha would rather think Esther just went to see the game because she is a football fan

You're wrong on Taraba tho, The Christian population in Taraba is not significant but dominant. Secondly, Taraba people somehow have a history with the Hausa but even at that it would be hard to find a Taraban without a Native name
I know it is dominant

But I did not mention Taraba alone, so, I had to use a term that would still explain my point for all the states mentioned.

I said "they are all mad" in relation to the people that he said were complaining on Facebook.

Our entire conversation was based on what we had been reading on Twitter and Facebook, not what is going on here.

You were clearly not following the conversation and decided to pick what you wanted to pick out of it.

We good then.

Exactly

I don't understand why fans think their opinion is so important to what will happen on the pitch

Overrating or underrating an opponent is all down to the individual and fans discussions here. It will either raise your hopes or reduce them, either way, na yourself you dey do. It is not the players of the coach you are doing

As long as Eguaveon and his team know what they need to do and how they need to do it, our opinions will not matter
Sweet delusion. Na im make fandom dey sweet. See us fighting here about players, arguing tactics, making selections as if we are in charge. It's our way of feeling connected. Practically sha, it's of no effect although in these days of social media, fans and players can interact in a manner that can affect the players either positively or negatively but still e no reach level wey be say our hopes or fears will determine how the team regards an opponent

In case some people are not on the Space....

One of the journalists in Cameroon, says there is high competition in camp for a shirt. Under Rohr, people just used to show up for training without worry, because everyone knew who will start and who will play, but the same thing is not being seen under Eguaveon

He believes Nigeria has been a victim of two poor coaches in Rohr and Oliseh, and that is why fans believe the team has overpeaked

Someone just mentioned a point I agree with

If the excuse for Tunisia is that some of their key players are unavailable, the same can be said for us, and we even won our last game with a second team

Someone had even said our team has too many green horns and our forwards did not have 'experience' before the AFCON, and the team is still good.

So, if we could do all that with our first and second rate team, and Tunisia could not do same with their own group, wetin come be the issue?

They are not even as good as some of the Tunisian teams Nigeria has won in the past

If youv'e followed this tournament closely then you know anything can happen that can change a game within seconds. All this finals and semi finals you are talking of shows complacency.

It means you don't rate your opponents. We should never underate anyone, talkless of a team that had half of their team out for Convid related reasons.

I am rooting for and hoping Nigeria wins. In fact, if we play with the grit and desire we've played with so far, we will win. And then hopefully luck is on our side too. We can beat Tunisia. Yes. But please let us not be carried away ooh. Like I said, and i'll say it again, the game is 50/50. Because these guys are going to want to prove themselves. They will fight.

We pray that luck favours us.
This is a game, not a guess work with assurances. Make una calm down.
Which one is complacency and not be carried away. Are we Nairalanders playing the match? Alaye calm down o

Apparently, most people on the Space would take an AFCON trophy over World Cup qualification

Read my comment very well....I used the word "IF" among the keepers it was discovered that the better penalty saver is on the bench then we can applies Enyimba style of Enyeama and Aiyenugba...hope you get it now.

Sorry to say but Amaju is a doofus.. What time does the manager have to speak with the boys? Will they ask the ref for additional time? These are highly trained athletes. The only people that should speak to them at HT are the coaches.

Maduka is now getting his accolades on that Egypt save

It was a vital save, because it got us a clean sheet and set us off on this winning streak

Psychologically speaking, that save was massive
