Because the Nigerian coaches don't value midfielders and call up small number of midfielders.

Iwobi, Nwakali, onyeka, Ndidi , onyedika, alhassan-yusuf, Samson tijani ( currently injured ), Bonke, dele bashiru, nwobodo should be getting minutes for the S.E...
dele bashiru, nwobodo and tijani is a no no no!

Sometimes I wonder the way you guys rate players

Bashiru and tijani are injured while nwobodo is in the mls. The latter at his prime shouldn’t be in the mls if he is as good as hyped here

U are making a case for dead woods and injured players but left out aribo who is doing decently well in his first season in one of the toughest leagues in europe

Nawaoooo!

When is Osimhen coming back? I thought it was supposed to be a 2-3 game rest?

Nwakali should be on that list based on current performance, not intended to spite you or anything.

well you re right but I listed more deserving players doing it in top leagues in europe

Some may see it as hate but bossing the laliga 2 is not enough to deserve a call up to one of the best teams in Africa unless in a position on the pitch where the super eagles lacks better players in top European leagues

Please help me rate them on SE shirt — Onyedika and Yusuf with few and no caps respectively, are exceptions .

And can you report on their club performances every match day?

Onyedika is similar to ndidi but a better ball player and passer while Yusuf is more like a poor man’s Ngolo Kante

Both won’t stay long in the Belgian top flight

Aribo is a forward player not a midfielder..

Aribo should be playing either left winger or supporting striker.

Anytime Aribo plays as a midfielder for the S.E the midfield is always looking
lean and with Iwobi also trying to join the attack the S.E ends up with a one man midfield and that's bad.

Raspadori wants to be the #1 striker. That’s competition. We have to encourage fierce competition in SE. No hunger, no call up

aribo is versatile and can play anywhere on the pitch especially in attack but that doesn’t mean he isn’t classified as a midfielder

Iwobi is also in the same category as aribo just that the Southampton player has better eyes for goals than Alex

Aribo at the last afcon played as a CM and was immerse in our group stage games

With jpes preference of 442 formation aribo will serve as a better SS/AM than lazy iheanacho

Raspadoli and osimhen can actually play together
I think they have even played together this season sef
sometimes raspadoli plays from the wings

That’s the kind of versatility we need. We have forwards. It’s a plus if some can function as wingers. We shouldn’t be calling up to 4 natural wingers to the national team.
