Owngoal just dribble with their speculations on who the next coach of the SE would be. So:
1) they have already concluded that JP is going, we just don't know the exact timing.
2) they have reported that an unnamed Nigerian would take over.
3) latest is that Tom Sainfelt current coach of Gambia would be named as coach, immediately JP goes. I do like the guy and I think he's hungry for an opportunity to make a name for himself. He has been in Africa for quite a while too.

Anyways, na sidon look we dey for now. I have honestly lowered my expectations for the the next AFCON with JP in charge. Of course, I would love to be shocked, surprised and "shamed" with an overwhelming SE performance.

Can't Sainfelt swap with Pasiero....

I think we can do coach swap

Pitso Mosimane in love with our Super Eagles? Should the NFF get him?

Pitso Mosimane;

“To be honest, I would like to coach in the World Cup. I do not choose what comes, I would like to go to the World Cup. South Africa wants to qualify, Nigeria wants to qualify.

"If you have Chukuweze and the boy (Osimhen) playing for Napoli as your striker, I mean really. That Nigerian team is unbelievable. I saw the draw against Lesotho and Zimbabwe. Okay, its football, it happens. But how can politics between the government and the federation derail the team?

"Of course, I want South Africa to win because I am South African. But in reality, I think Nigeria has the team (Players). I really would like to go to the World Cup, but it must be a good team that can compete."

Only Nwakali can play DLP looking at our midfield options.
Marjoribanks:
Over the weekend Iwobi justified my argument to move him to the AM role in a 4-3-3.

Paserio just needs a little switch of personnel to put forward a formidable team.

Move Iwobi to AM and play Aribo/Nwakali/Onyeka as deep lying playmaker with Ndid/Onyedika as DM!

Watching Alhassan presently and can't see any new stuff he would add to the team!

Just check our keepers here……Ejide,Enyeama and Aiyenugba, funny 60 years old man then now 81 years old Amusa Adisa gave the trio the needed opportunity but what is wrong with our present super eagles goalkeeper trainer. He is copying most useless ever trainer Alloy Agu who gave us what we are battling with..

Agu tenure of six years produced very unstable conditions for our keepers, today Ezenwa, yesterday Akpeyi, tomorrow Uzoho, next day Okoye.

Not even 1 person?

I have small support because of Finidi and how we are developing some possession playing instinct.

yinkeys:

Osimhen is known for what mainly : high pressing & aerial balls
Iheanacho is known for his deadly left foot & high football IQ
T. Moffi is technically sound and has pace
Gift Orban can dribble & can create goals from nothing. He can drop deep when there’s no link from the midfield to try to wiggle his way through the opponents defence.

We need to invite different types of strikers with slightly different attributes that will contribute in their own unique way to the team
We shouldn’t invite only strikers waiting for supplies from the wing backs or midfielders
Vast array of strikers with different playing types would help us greatly
Especially when our team runs out of ideas

Osimhen wasn’t world class at 21 years old
Pls give Gift Orban the opportunity to shine.

These are the 4 strikers I wish they invite to Afcon
Apologies for not including Awoniyi, Sadiq & Boniface
I have reasons why
Gift Orban is not some one who likes to dribble having watched him alot
